The first piece in the picture is the interview with you. Just telling us that you want to hire someone only starts the process. We are concerned with how a potential new employee will fit in. It is important that we learn about your company, its people, its goals, and what you expect from your employees. It is only then that we start to arrange the pieces so that we can fulfill your needs.
An extensive review of our computerized files is started. We check for people with whom we have worked, people whom we might know, and people who will be right for you. All the sources at our disposal are coordinated in the search for the correct candidate.
The next step is crucial. The prospective employee is interviewed in depth by our professionally trained counselors. References are checked, and where possible, an evaluation of performance is obtained. Then, and only then, do we start the process of referral.
